Easter Menu 2017

Normally at Easter, my family and I have a traditional Easter meal. We have turkey or ham with scalloped potatoes, perogies and all the fixings. This year my husband and I are going to Italy for our honeymoon and it so happens that we will be in Italy over Easter.  I will have access to a small kitchen because we are renting an apartment but I am really not sure what I will be making for Easter dinner. It will just be the two of us and there will be so much to see and do, I likely won’t be spending all day in the kitchen.

That being said, I still wanted to create a post for you guys with my favourite Easter recipes from the AIP blogging world. If I were staying home for Easter, this is what my menu would look like this year. Happy cooking!
