Granola Bites
AIP granola rolled into bite sized balls.

unsweetened shredded coconut or flakes

cup
roughly chopped tiger nuts

melted coconut butter (manna)
Can sub coconut oil

collagen hydrolysate
I use Great Lakes-green can

Put the dates to the food processor and pulse/blend until the dates are a paste
-
Add in the remaining ingredients and pulse until mixed together

Roll into bite sized balls with your hands and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.

Pop in the freezer for 20-30 minutes to make them less sticky and firm up a bit.

Store in the freezer for up to 3 months or keep in the fridge for a week. If keeping in the freezer, remove 5 minutes before eating. Enjoy!
