Chicken Meatballs

Oven cooked ground chicken meatballs flavoured with garlic, sage, and green onion.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 3 whole green onions sliced
  • 1 tsp sage
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Sliced the onions finely and mince the garlic. Add all ingredients to a bowl.
  3. Mix ingredients together with your hands. Shape into meatballs. Makes about 10-12 meatballs. Place meatballs on lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes in the oven. Let rest for 5 minutes. Store in a glass container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
