Italian Chicken Bake
A one pot easy weeknight dish using nomato sauce!

white sweet potatoes, shredded

Nomato sauce

avocado or coconut oil
for greasing and sauteing

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8x8 glass dish with avocado or coconut oil.

Grease a large pan and cook the ground chicken, onions and salt. Pour into a large bowl.

Stir in the spices, shredded sweet potatoes and nomato sauce. Transfer to the greased baking dish and smooth the top with the back of a spoon.

Bake for 45 minutes covered and then uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes.

Cool in the glass dish for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Store in the fridge for up to 2 days.
