AIP Trail Mix Bark

dried shredded coconut

tigernut flour
sifted

sea salt

raisins

dried fruit of choice
chopped

+ 1 Tbsp maple syrup

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl until the maple syrup has evenly coated everything.

Spread out onto a baking sheet and press down with fingers to form a thin layer.

Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Cool fully and then snap into 6 pieces. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
