AIP Grilled Peaches with Ice Cream are the ultimate easy summer dessert! Dairy-free & Paleo Autoimmune Protocol compliant.
Make the AIP vanilla ice cream according to the directions, (link to recipe in NOTES) then keep it in your freezer while you make the peaches.
Preheat your grill -or- stovetop grill pan to medium.
Place the halved peaches on the grill with the cut sides facing down.
Cook for about 5 minutes until soft and grill marks appear on the peaches.
To assemble, place the peaches in two serving bowls, then add a scoop of AIP vanilla ice cream -or chilled coconut cream on top.
Drizzle with the honey, salt, and if desired, fresh herbs. Enjoy!
