AIP Frosé Virgin Mocktail (Paleo, Whole30)

Say cheers with grapefruit, kombucha, & strawberry! A Paleo, Whole30, AIP Frosé Virgin Mocktail - perfect for your end-of-summer toast.

Ingredients

  • 1 chilled 16 fl oz bottle kombucha (Synergy Guava Goddess is my favorite for this recipe, & is compliant with AIP and Whole30.)
  • 1 chilled large pink grapefruit, peeled, seeded, roughly chopped, juices reserved
  • 1 ½ cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup (omit for Whole30)
  • fresh herbs, sliced strawberries, and grapefruit slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients in order listed to a blender.

  2. Blend on medium-high until slushy and smooth.

  3. Pour into two large, pretty cocktail glasses, and decorate with optional garnishes if desired.
