Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough

A quick and easy edible cookie dough that is AIP, Paleo and Vegan!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup tiger nut flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract alcohol free
  • 2 Tbsp avocado oil
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips carob chips or raisins (AIP option)

Instructions

  1. In a medium sized bowl, stir all ingredients together (except chocolate chips) until combined.

  2. Stir in the chocolate chips.

  3. Serve immediately or store in the fridge in a glass dish for up to 4 days.
