Autoimmune Protocol Meal Time – In Practically No Time at All

Once you have your oven heated, it’s all smooth kitchen sailing from there! All you have to do to get started prepping this easy weeknight dinner is to grease a baking dish with tallow or your preferred fat.

Next, you’ll add all the coconut milk or homemade tigernut milk and the seasonings to the baking dish, and whisk until it looks like golden milk! Add pastured organic chicken to the dish, and use tongs to toss to coat to cover the chicken in all of that wonderful flavor.

You only need to bake this for about 30 minutes or until the chicken is just cooked through so that it remains juicy, tender, and scrumptious. The fragrance that wafts through your kitchen is highly aromatic and drool-inducing…just a fair warning!! 😉

I can’t believe there are no comments here. This is delicious and so easy. That is a winner, winner chicken dinner if there ever was one! After the chicken baked, I put the sauce in a pan and brought up to boiling and put an arrowroot slurry in and cooked for one minute. It made a delicious gravy that my family put over rice. Thanks for a great recipe!
