AIP Baking List 2016

I am so excited that it is December! I truly believe it is… the most wonderful time of the year! I try to enjoy each and every single day because the holiday season is always over far too quickly. I just set up my Christmas tree and I am almost finished with my holiday decor. Next on the list is deciding what holiday goodies I will be making this year. Last year was the first year I actually tried some recipes that hopefully would be reminiscent of my past Christmases. I found a few amazing ones and this year I am also going to try some new ones.

I scoured the internet and found all of the recipes I will be using this year, both old and new. For any newbies out there, I thought you might find this post helpful. I know on my first AIP Christmas I only tried one coconut cookie recipe and while they were good, they didn’t remind me of Christmas. So here is a list of my favourite AIP holiday baking recipes that will help it feel like Christmas! My advice on AIP treats is moderation. You can totally have a cookie when you want one, just don’t eat six all on the same day 😉

I have put these recipes in order from easiest to most difficult in my opinion. That way if you aren’t much of a baker you can stick with the top few recipes and know that they will turn out even if your baking skills are a little rusty.
